Implant placement

Implants serve as artificial, long-term roots for missing teeth. Experience shows that a properly selected and correctly placed implant can last for many decades.

This procedure is performed in a specially designed environment that ensures a perfectly sterile setting, utilizing sterile instruments to guarantee safety throughout the process.

We use implants from leading manufacturing countries, including Italy, Germany, Switzerland, and South Korea.

Advantages of implants

Full restoration of function and aesthetics

An implant is visually and physically indistinguishable from a natural tooth. It fully restores chewing function—allowing you to eat any food without fear—and brings back confidence in your smile.

Durability and reliability

Unlike dental bridges or crowns, which typically last 10–15 years, a high-quality implant—given proper care—is a permanent solution. While the crown may eventually need to be replaced, the "root" itself lasts a lifetime.

Keeping adjacent teeth healthy

To install a traditional dental bridge, a dentist must grind down the adjacent healthy teeth and perform a pulpectomy (remove the nerves). Dental implantation, by contrast, is a localized procedure that does not affect the neighboring teeth in any way.

Protecting the jawbone from deterioration

When a tooth root is missing, the bone tissue in that area no longer receives mechanical stimulation and, over time, undergoes atrophy (shrinks)—a process that can alter the shape of the face and contribute to an aged appearance of the facial contours. A dental implant restores the load to the bone, helping to preserve the natural anatomy of the face.

Stages of implant placement

1

Consultation and diagnostics

The doctor examines the oral cavity and refers the patient for a CT (computed tomography) scan. This is necessary to assess the volume and density of the bone tissue, rule out any contraindications, and create an accurate 3D treatment plan.

2

Preparation and remediation

3

Surgical phase (implant placement)

The procedure for inserting a titanium post into the bone is completely painless, performed under local anesthesia, and takes between 20 and 40 minutes per implant. Afterward, stitches are applied, and the healing process—known as osseointegration—begins, lasting from 3 to 6 months.

4

Gum contouring

Once the implant has securely integrated, the surgeon places a gingiva former for 1–2 weeks. This is necessary to create an attractive, even, and natural-looking contour of the gum tissue around the future crown.

5

Orthopedic Phase (Prosthetics)

The orthopedist takes digital or traditional impressions, which are used by a dental laboratory to craft a custom crown (made of porcelain-fused-to-metal or zirconium dioxide). The crown is then securely attached to the implant via a connector (abutment). Your smile is fully restored!
